World's Oldest Computer Still Working

The world's oldest original working digital computer has been restored to full working order after lying forgotten and gathering dust in storage for 20 years. The 61-year-old Harwell Dekatron which was, in it's time, renowned for it's reliability was rebooted after a mammoth three-year restoration project.

Weighing an incredible 2.5 tonnes, it is as heavy as 20,000 iPhone 5s and could fill an entire room. It has taken pride of place at The National Museum of Computing, at Bletchley Park, Buckinghamshire.
